Dane...great post. It takes a great man to apologise & I would like to offer my full admiration to both you & Peter. It wouldn't be the same without you.
'Rickenbacker'...what a name! After all these years, it still thrills me.

That's what makes this Forum so cool! A little bit of this and a little bit of that. (Best thing is that it always works out in the end!)

Way to go, Dane! That's by far the best post I've read here. Even though a good percentage of your contributions go over my head (I'm just a dumb Antipodean, you understand), you're needed here!

Cheers,

4080 owners have to stick together? I couldn't agree more. Here's 'Star'.

It don't take no mastermind to guess why my 4080 is 'Star', does it?

My apologies for being such a show-off. Bring on your 4080s, fellows.

Once again, beautiful axe, Sergio...I hope you guys will continue to let me hang with you, even though I'm technically a former 4080 owner...

Although 'dude' said if I ever wanted it back he would give me the first shot at it....hey, maybe I'll be able to swing it at some point...I'm sure I could raise the bread somehow. What do I need to go through life with both kidneys for, anyway?
