Although this is a Mike Pender site, it does have a picture of his band with "The Searchers" above it, or it did last time I looked. The Searchers are aware of it.

Buddy's post pretty much says it all. It's the feeling I get out of all this. Some folks are just content to let it be...
“I say in speeches that a plausible mission of artists is to make people appreciate being alive at least a little bit. I am then asked if I know of any artists who pulled that off. I reply, 'The Beatles did.”

Gary technically this is not a Mike Pender site My Space is a social networking site that you or I could join and put our own "blog" on. Yes it says The Searchers but a minor issue as the photo clearly states Mike Pender's Searchers, the write up appears to have been taken from AMG guide and there is one message from Mike Pender to which there has been no replies, this was a profile set up by Barrie Cowell, virtually no one would know about it as basically you invite friends to join yourself.
No doubt a certain person has already wrote to them!!!.

TODAY'S THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE
...only one message in that blog as it seems - makes me think the rest is "friends-only" reading, and of course information which is "under lock" is not to be transferred to anyone who's not in the friends list. Anyway, in such circumstances, i think it was the best decision that could've been made!
Still hope it will exist for as many years as possible, albeit it might have been not too wise to put a "Searchers" moniker to that page... but doubt it's illegal since as far as i know (might be mistaken), the blogs allow registration under ANY name, from a real name to the name of, say, Louie XIV... and any userpics you're willing to put in.

Nothing will get you dead quicker than being deadly serious about yourself.
...like this one, for instance...

no entries as it seems, no way to know what this one is about...

I'd like to register one for myself as "ROGAR - EMPEROR OF THE PLANET OF PREHISTORIC WOMEN." I'm getting some fascinating ideas for userpics as well.
Who wants to be one of my "exclusive-only" MySpace friends? Anybody?? Oh, & anyone have any spare robots around, or cast-off space gear?

"The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face."
In fact, i meant it might not be Mike Pender or anyone who knows him - it can be ANYBODY, that's what i think. So it wouldn't be very surprising if asked "hey, you have a blog registered as the Searchers", he'll say: "Who? Me?"
