The least you've paid for a Rick?
Big ticket Ricks get quite a bit of attention, but how about on the low end of the "paid" scale? I paid $550 for my 1966 335 in 1985. Given its condition, that was probably a fair price.
Anyone unearth a bargain price for a Rick?

Three of my Ricks were purchased in the last year at good prices: my '83 ES-16 at $349.00, '81 325 at $625.00, and '75 430 at $329.00.
Real Rick bargain, however, was $120.00 for my 120-watt RIC PA amp. A buckawatt.

OK, Scott, you win this round. Hands down. I'll avoid offering you $350.00 for it; you might get suspicious.
I did get my '60 Capri from Jwilli at a very fair price, as it is destined for a resurrection...

Earlier this year I paid US$950 for my March '73 4001 with all of the old style appointments and in great condition.
'59 425, '59 335, '60 335, '60 360, '60 335F, '60 345F, '64 RM 1999, '65 RM 1998, '65 360-12, '66 335, '67 450-12, '72 4001 '72 4001, '75 4000, '75 4000CS, '00 700S, '01 700C, '01 700S-12, '01 730S-FH, '06 660 DCM
Let's see:
$300 for a '64 325 FG with F-hole (it was routed) in 1979.
$30 for a '64 ES-16 JG in 1980.
$325 for a '66 450/12 FG in 1987.
$400 for a '79 360 MG in 1987.
$550 for a '66 370/12 FG in 1989.
$740 for a new 1997VB FG in 1989.
$320 for an '80 320 BG in 1992.
$650 for a '66 335 FG in 1993.
$525 for an '80 620/12 FG in 1994.
$850 for a new 360/12V64 FG in 1990.
$900 for a new 360V64 FG in 1993.
I don't think I'll ever pay less than $30 for a Rick. Those were the days!

Gee... $30... looks like you're a winner Randy.
Here, you won't get a RIC for less than $1700 - well, unless it's used, poor condition and sold via the web by some guy who doesn't need it anymore... but in fact, i've never seen such announcements in our local guitar selling community... 8-(

Nothing will get you dead quicker than being deadly serious about yourself.

Don't know what year my JG 320 (with f-hole) was, but I bought it (used) in 1981 from a guy who never learned to play guitar. It was virtually stored in its case under his bed and in mint/new condition. Case was dusty, but the guitar was like new.
I sold an early '70's Les Paul (that I'd bought used for $275) to buy it. IIRC, I got $350 for the LP. And I think I got the Rick for $250-275. All I remember is that I got the 320 for quite a bit less than what I sold the Les Paul for.
