Rob, I'm aware of the Smiths connection; I saw it as a xenophobic aside, understandable considering the extent of his paranoia.

Well....ok. But I'm not sure what you've got against Manchester Paul!

They're salt of the earth are Mancunians. Salt of the earth I tell yer.

Rob, I have nothing at all against the UK's Second City or its noble and hardworking citizens. I guess you read my comment about "Manchester has its share" as being anti-Manchester. Not at all; it was meant more as a sympathetic comment.

None of us want to see this type of bigot in our midst.

I was once on a train in the UK, in a car filled with football fans/skinheads/bigots, harassing the "Paki" family at the end of the car, who tried repeatedly to get off but were detained. Terrified, I was, along with virtually every other passenger. So I know of whom I speak.

My brother and I were once on a Britrail platform in London waiting to catch an early train to Edinburgh. We were soon mobbed by football fans who planned on taking the same train. I couldn't believe how drunk and rowdy these guys were before 8:00 AM in the morning. We decided to catch a later train...

It's funny how a git like this can jabber about racism today in the USA yet it was the Brits who originally helped start the slave trade long before the USA was a country on it's own.

Heh, I think that slave trading started long before England was ever a country. And that was a long time ago. This jackass seller has probably more than succeeded more than he thought....can we put this to bed now?
