I LOVE my 660/12. Of all my guitars and basses, it is the most unique and really the only irreplaceable one. I think you'll find it's worth the wait, and please post lots of pictures when you get it!

Must be something with Deans and 660/12s. 100% agree with you Dean, my 660/12FG is the most irreplaceable of my babies. Unbelievably flexible instrument. The other night we pulled Magic Carpet Ride out of the air, while I was wearing the 660. It sounded incredible!

BBR with gold guards and TRC. Yum!

Thanks for all the feedback folks. You've already got me considering pickguard swaps on an instrument I won't be getting for 4 - 6 mos. from the sound of it. I'll be sure to post pics of my 660/12 BBR whenever I get it. It will be my first Rick and I'm now seeing how much anticipation and rarity add to their allure. Thanks again for all the good info and chatter on this forum! - Tim
