Was There A Mystery Beatle?
I went to Liverpool once (he said butting in). It was November and so freekin cold that it was a real challenge trotting from one Beatles site to another. I did sample the amber at "The Grapes" across from the Cavern... very nice.

I know... its just that you and Howard were having such a pleasant conversation...
Liverpool was cool (ha) but like I've said, I still cant get over the fact that the original Cavern is now a parking lot. I went to Hessey's Music Shop also.... I heard that it too is also gone now. One of the other interesting things was just wandering around listening to all the Liverpudlian accents.

Please explain.
Ronn I can't, unlike a number of you on the forum I am no expert on guitars. You will note a white piece of paper on the board behind the guitar and it stated it was McCartneys's perhaps they never thought experts like yourself would 22 years later disprove it.
Another one perhaps to add to the millions of myths that surround the Beatles. Had you been even more astute you will have noticed that on my left hand there is only half a little finger, one of the reasons the world was robbed of a major talent. Another Myth!!!!

TODAY'S THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE
i have reactivated this old thread because Roy did not fully explain the pics ( at least do not think he did). It was summer 1983 and Abbey Road studios were open to the public for the first time. I know because I was there!!!

Oops... just seen this thread, thanks Rob! So you were there too - are you in these pictures, too, and where?
Now looks like we all know now who was the drummer for the Beatles in 1983, eh?
(kiddin' of course, no offence intended)
Cheers,
SC.

Nothing will get you dead quicker than being deadly serious about yourself.
