Similar to what you've described Brad, except for chromed or that pewter look hardware. I hate gold hardware, it looks horrible after a while. If possible I would prefer to not have the glossy finish, but rather a satin oil finished translucent black. Custom inlays in the ebony fingerboard.

Why can't we get a translucent black and lose the gold hardware, Mr. Hall?

I'd settle for my 4004Cii 4string. The bass I'm buying was order 406 days ago - but who's counting?
