Quick question about pickup covers

I think the return to a metal pickup was considered due to a chrome plating on plastic issue.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

I prefer the feel of a metal handrest, like on a v63 or c64. Too many years playing Fenders, you see. It's cold and it makes this little 'click' when my ring hits it. Plastic is for pickguards Image

That's a real 4008 not a 4005S/8. There are not many of of those basses to be had.
