Geez, you've got double the number of basses than me and you're not even my age . . . I must say, though, the Ric is GORGEOUS. I really like the pinkish fireglo that they have these days rather than the more orange-y fireglos. And the figuring on the headstock is beautiful. I bet it sounds awesome.

Yeah I was really impressed with the headstock. And I was surprised the sides and the neck still had the burst effect. Oh and the neck is nothing like the ones I played before. Its not big really at all. Great feel. Im so excited. Ill probly be sitting here playing all night. It does sound great. Im just sad cause my parents went to bed and I cant play at the moment on my real amp. Just on a little practice amp Image. Oh well theres always tomorrow.

That's a really nice one Jacob, congrats and enjoy it. The flamey ears on that headstock are as nice as walnut ones.

That is a beautiful bass Jacob. I especially like the flamed maple! My first Rick was a Fireglo too. I bought it pretty much exactly 30 years ago.

I dig it. Im not much on 5strings. Its not the best Iv ever played either. But Its alot better then most Iv played. Also cost alot less. I havent played many tho. Over all I like it and think it was worth it.

Congrats! Sorry I was late.
It's purdy. I play my Rick though a practice amp too, so don't feel left out.
