My quess is, you might get a bite because it is a color of the year...if it was fireglo or jetglo, you might not get any action with it. The case is a plus.....personally if I was in the market for another 4003 my pick would be a Blue Boy....but my fundsalow at the moment.

I'm surprised it's not sold BIN already.
Buy it before someone else does.

John, you mention the grain in the fingerboard. My Blueboy also has a nice dark, figured board. I think the light blue really brings it out.

Lately I've been seeing a few blue boys with a really nice pattern in the wood grain. I wish i could photograph it better. What month and year was yours born?

I love mine, and its dead mint. It dates to Feb. of '04, I got it from Mike Parks. Im thinking of adding a toaster in the neck position, and putting the cover back on the bridge PU. I wish I could luck into a RI horseshoe for it.

Mine is definitely green.

I like it, but I was hoping for blue.

Mine is green too, but I love it. Besides, it justifies me buying a true blue one. =o)
