Bass parts resource...the conclusion.

Post by ojobob2 »

Some of you might remember me posting about my trouble with them.

i ordered in october. order has not materialised. they took my money. i called to find out where it was, they couldnt find evidence of my order. then they said they had found it and would email me a written confirmation. Didnt do it. 2 weeks ago i emailed stating that my order had not arrived and that i was not pleased with their handling of my order.

They just ignore me.

Great customer service i think not!

just a little rant....but these guys are not to be trusted!

It's certainly a good thing to know about!
Holler at them some more, then maybe contact the BBB. You may still get your money back.

As I've said before, I've gotten _tons_ of parts from Bass Parts Resource and I've _never_ had a problem.

I wonder why there's such a discrepancy in the quality of customer service . . .

Owen, aren't you in the UK?

If so, then that's the rub. They probably don't care as it becomes a hassle for you to chase them.

Not a good way to do business.

I ordered parts from them before, I never got the parts, but they never charged me.

That may be because you are in the US, technically speaking!

I've spent hundreds with them without a hitch and even did a small return for which I got my credit, allbeit a bit late.

I can't fault their service, per se... they did exactly what was said on the tin.

But the product was woeful, more fool me for buying what I bought.
