Just remember, Howard...when you had the "hots" for Petula Clark, she was in her youth as well...

Hmm...there may be some hope, after all...

Why does the thought of two skeletons rattling around together pop into my head, Dane?

It ain't how old your skeleton is, it's how you make it rattle...

Uh... looks like you have one for everything, Roy... 8-)
What about "flower" songs - just to move on to a "gentler" topic? "Rose's are red, Violet's are blue", huh? Anything else?
("roses" and "violets", of course... still cannot manage to be a good lady...)

Like I said Sheena as Richard Harris once sang The Yard Goes On Forever. Songs about flowers abound, songs just about roses are plentiful.

Okay, so looks like "Plants/Flowers" is a popular topic too? Albeit, must admit, probably most of them would also belong to "Lovesong" category...
How about... no, no "birth" but "Songs about kids"?

Mmmm... let's throw in some more?
"Name" songs - "Good golly miss Molly", "Long tall Sally", "Short fat Fannie", "Sorry Suzanne", etc - "Tell Laura i love her" will also belong here, as well as to "Love" and "Death" categories...
"Revolution" songs, wide category within the "Political" - the Beatles spring to mind immediately, and "Declaration of independence 1965" too, albeit this one may also belong to "Hair songs" category... 8-)

Forgot the title of this death song, memory of which was prompted by Sheena's contribution above -

"A young girl...a young girl of 16...lying here by the road...DEAD"

- Noel "Girl From Uncle" Harrison

Actually saw him lip sync it in dead seriousness on Shindig or some such show.

...and how about "colourful" songs - "Mellow yellow", "Green river" etc?
