The situation with distributor here really annoying me.
Their web sites doesen´t work properly with last six months. They don´t answer any e-mails. Phones are engaged.
Same problem we had with last dealer before.

I really love RIC´s, but these lazy and careless amateurs has made more than difficult to make any professional business with any-one! #¤%& !!

I´m shure that Mr. Hall knows all these problems and I really really wonder, that some day I can order spare parts straight from factory.

If you have any good ideas to solve this out, please tell me.
