How's this idea? Rickenbacker casket
My drummer saw one of my vintage Ric cases at last practice and quipped how much it resembled a casket. That gave me the idea - I wonder if I could have one made to look like a Ric vintage case? Do you think John Hall would sell me enough Tolex to do the job? It sure would cool at the viewing.
If you think all is going well, you've obviously overlooked something.

That's reassuring to know, John. Now, can you spare a bit of the exterior material used on the vintage silver cases? Oh yeah,I'll need some of the blush plush lining, too.
I'm changing my will. I'll do a viewing in a casket made to look like a silver vintage case with my Rics lined up around me. Then I 'll be buried with ALL of them. After all, I'll need something to play in the afterlife
.
Sounds better than cremation to me.
