Given Terry's resume why would he make up this bizarre story? If it is fictional why didn't he make it more interesting?!

I read a story of Macca returning from Abbey Road to his house in St. John's Wood. I guess he had a copy of the recently sequenced/mastered Pepper and he set up a speaker in his window blasting it over and over again for all within earshot to to hear.

They knew they had something made something special and had pretty big egos to boot. While I don't know how they might have pulled off such a scheme, I wouldn't put it pass them.

Dave: I can't explain why people do what they do. Can we be sure that Terry really posted that story? The internet is anonymous enough to allow lots of fraud and disinformation. I'm going to start another related thread for our resident Beatles experts to tear into. Let's see where it goes.
