I am sorry, my feeble attempt at humour...I just wanted to post a celebration of my 29th post...and wish everyone a safe weekend. I have found some interest for a trade (my 52 tele reissue for a 2000 4003jg)...wish me luck

Hi John, I'm thinking our Canadians (Red Wings) may be trouble for your Canadians (Leafs) But hey, what the puck do I know?
I'm just happy to be here.

The Canucks are the best BTW.

I grew up a Leafs fan because my Dad was...but after moving to Detroit in 1983, I became a Wings fan when they were at their lowest point.
Hard to remember the days of going to the box office on game day and wanting a ticket and having the guy say "Sure, where do you want to sit?"
That was when they gave away Jeeps at every home game to try and get people in the building. My, how times have changed!

And Brian, not trying to start a border skirmish, but....when have the Canucks been the best? Image
And....the worst uniforms in the NHL, over their history. I eventually warmed to the "flying skate" when Kirk McLean and Pavel Bure played for them, then they changed it to that ridiculous Orca symbol.
Don't believe me? Look at these examples...(warning, hideous jersey content...)
