D'Adario Chromes balanced set?

Post by dminer »

Well, I've ordered a couple of sets of the super softs plus the EXTRA 55's and I'm anxiously awaiting their arrival. I also contacted D"Adario and asked them to issue a super soft set with the 55 D string instead of the 60 D string or a lower tensioned 60.
Perphaps if several of us contact and request the more balanced set they will issue them and we won't have to order the extra string. Just a suggestion but here's the link if anyone wants to participate...Thanks, David

That is a good idea. As I was the first to do this and have made this suggestion to others, then it is only fair to call this new set the Jeffrey Scott Signature Set! Image

The JSSS it is!!! D'Adario replied to my email with a simple Thank You...but you never know. There is a discussion on the D'Adario String Forum about this very subject...although it's about guitar strings....I registered but haven't been able to log in yet for some reason...dm
