Don't know if anyone else saw it, but the back cover of February's issue has a painting of some middle aged rockers. Guess what brand the bass player is playing!!! I think the pic will be on rd.com/cfpayne next month. It looks like he does all the back covers and they post them once the next issue comes out.

Thanks Jdog, we will keep an eye out for it.

Time for Tony to get his work on the cover of The Rolling Stone magazine.

Don't forget to add the shoes.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Yep, I've got it. I noticed the Rick bass right out the gate. I never occurred to me to mention it. I'm glad you did. After all, this is THE DOGGONE RICKENBACKER FORUM.

It's funny as hell. All the facial expressions. Damned accurate. I'm cutting it out and keeping it.

If you haven't seen it (particularly us older guys) you'll get a big kick out of it.
Just because no one understands you doesn't mean you're an artist.

Yep. Some early subscriber had it week before last in the Bass Forum. Scroll down for "Rick sighting sort of." There's a scan of the illustration. I wish they would make them available as posters.
