What's up with Chris?
I have a deposit on a 4004L BBR. I sent Chris an email 3 weeks ago, that he never answered, I called him Wed., and got voice mail, so I sent another email, and still no reply.
I'm starting to get ******.
I sent him two emails in the last week checking to see if he had anything on order that I was interested in. He emailed back the first time and said he was at NAMM and would get back to me. I sent him a reminder a few days later and and he got back to me quickly. I know he's busy so just keep trying.....maybe some things are getting lost in the shuffle.
I thought about that too. His web site didn't have any problems taking my deposit? He has emailed me before rather promptly. I don't no what's going on.
He's been quick handling my 4004L purchase. From inquiry to delivery will be a week (as I mentioned in another post, it's "out for delivery" according to UPS).
And he's be wicked patient with me. I originally put a 350v63 on order but decided to re-do my 620 in a vintage style (pictures one of these days) and changed the order to a BBR 4003. When I decided to sell my BB 4003, I placed an order for a Midnight Blue 4004L but then noticed that he had a BB 4004L.
In the end, I cancelled the BBR 4003 order and Chris took that deposit and the deposit I put on the midnight blue 4004L onto the BB 4004L.
Chris handled it all professionally, quickly and with much patience.
Tom, Let's us know what you think of your Larado.
I have never played one, but I think I will love the sound of the HB1's. Like I said, I have a BBR on order, but I may jump on the monty brown that Chris has instead. It it would be a nice addition to my 4003MB.
Chris did something similar for me a couple weeks ago. A while ago I paid off one of the 660MB's that he has on order. A couple weeks ago I saw the 4004CII MB that he had, I called him to put it on hold and he offered to take the money that I already sent for the 660 and put it against the 4004 and gave me the time to pay off the 660 again. He made it soo convient for me to get my bass and still keep the 660 reserved.
