John,
As far as the 12 string one, I don't believe so. The same seller/dealer had a 6 string CW on eBay and when I inquired if he also had a 12 string model, he offered me this one. Best one I have seen so far. The "flamey" 6 string in the earlier photo has been owned by several Forum members and I no longer have it. I should have kept it!

The 6 looks like all the ones at Ed Roman's site(Ha!)
I'm poking fun at Ed; to anyone whos clicked on the images;
they all pop up the same guitar.....
