I'm sorry.. I have a thing for all black basses. I am soooo getting one of those. The fretboard looks amazing!

I want a jazz bass like this, but with frets.

I'm lookin' at this and i'm thinkin', could this be anymore black, and the answer is, no - none more black.
Very cool Brian! That look should be offered as a factory configuration. Plus RIC might finally get a piece of the goth market. Image

Wade's called today and said they received the Cii and are shipping it right out so I'll get it on Thursday! What a great week.....my "Blackened" Laredo arrives Wednesday and the Trans Green on Thursday. Good times, good times!

I asked if anyone else called about it and was told someone wanted to come by and photograph it before they sent it off......wonder who that could be? Who takes pics of Ric basses and lives in Milwaukee?!?!?!?!? Hmmmmmm! Image

Sorry Paul, I wanted it shipped quickly so I could receive it on Thursday since I am off of work and will be home when UPS comes a knockin'. I'll bring it to the Midwest Confluence so you can get all of the pics you want.

Right, I called Wade's and they mentioned they wouldn't be "deboxing" it, so no problem. Figured you'd bring it to the confluence.

By the way, we will have an $89 / room per night rate, and to get that, we should call 414-615-8076 and make your reservation direct with Pamela Beaver (no kidding) who is in charge of Sales. She suggest calling her direct instead of the reservation line so she can make the reservation for attendees of small groups. This way, she can ensure the discount rate. I'll also post this on the Confluence Forum.
