That Club is AWESOME Jerry. I've always wanted to play one.

Does it sound much "fuller" then a standard "violin" Hofner?

How's the action on that? I have a reissue and I can't get the action low enough due to the string hitting the pickups. The staple poles have a limited height adjustment because the bottoms hit the top of the body. With the blade pickups, the body is routed out and the pickups can actually fall right through if you're not careful.

Nice Hofner Jerry. Is that the one from POTR's?
I didn't even know they had the limited addition of only 50 basses.
Review please.
Buy it before someone else does.

This one's from North Coast Music. Gary's a good guy to deal with. It arrived UPS at 8pm last night, so I only put about 1/2 hour on it.

Set up and intonation are perfect. Neck/action like buttah. Neck profile like the Violin V63. Very bottom end heavy, but looking this morning w/o glasses, I think I can even it out by raising the treble side of the pups.

I'll have more time to play toward the end of the week, but it's nice, very light with that guitar-like neck, and a bit different being black in color.
