Lars - I wasn't making a comment on your English, forgive me if it came out that way!

I was just trying to irk (in a friendly, non threatening manner) the forum members who are more knowledgable than I in matters Edwin Newmanian.

Well-crafted, Jerry. Don't forget Patricia T. O'Connor, "Woe is I", and also the New York Times Style Guide.

Mike Parks(I think his come from Pickguardian...).
The new gold Rick uses doesn't match the PG(which matches the old Rick gold...)

Don't forget the sentences ending in "but".

Paul - I've always wondered why your posting name is "paul wilczynski" instead of "Paul Wilczynski"? A nod to ee cummings perhaps?

Exactly. I've asked Peter to change it so that

the

doesn't call

k.

But so far, he must be busy.

When I joined, I had no idea that my information would be used directly. I was just typing away, and my name turned up looking that way and I've been unable to change my profile since.

But I imagine Peter would.

back to topic...sort of, one last question:

to anyone's knowledge, did Rickenbacker ever manufacture 360s with a gold pickguard?
from what i gather, 360s were introduced in '64 and the gold pickguards ended around '63...but were briefly used on 330s before switching to white?

The 360 was introduced in 1958 with a gold PG.
The last 360's with gold PG's were built in 63.
Fairly rare birds indeed....
