It's a 1967 lucite TRC.

I have one exactly like this, including the two nut-side holes that were drilled at slightly different distances from the edge.

Not many of those on eBay... Anyone wants to venture a guess as to how much it would go for?

I have a couple from the 60's that have come from eBay. The last one was worn, but cheap, and typical of the period does not line up with any of the holes in any of my 60's basses!

This one looks nice and could fetch possibly around the $100 mark...

I would say close to 200.

$200? Does it come with a case?

Damn, I wish old people were collectible.
I'm just happy to be here.

I'm thinking closer to $200 as well. You hardly ever see a good TRC with decent provinance that goes for less than $100.

The last couple I have seen, including mine were under a $100. Maybe they slipped under the general radar...

Talking of close to $200..

I was looking for a lucite one for a long time. Luckily, one of our friends traded me for mine.

Who would take this off of their guitar and sell it? If this is in such good shape the guitar possibly is as well. Unless of course he dropped it down a flight of stairs.

I think it will go for $250.

I have one of those early polishing cloths! With the original plastic bag, too. Let's start the bidding at, say, $125.00, okay?

Now, let's not have all you folks pushing and shoving to be first in line! Image
