Scored another Blue Boy 4004L

Post by tomg »

What can I say, I'm addicted to Blue Boy. ;-)

Ilan pointed me to the ebay auction and I mulled it over for a few days and decided to pull the trigger.

The "new" one is one serial number higher than the first blue boy.

Tom, I think I put it up as a joke because your MB one was too heavy. Image I didn't think you would GO for it! Congratulations!!

Ilan, thanks for pointing me to that auction. Both of my Ls are simply awesome instruments. I'm really looking forward to equipping one with toasters as well.

The sequential serial number thing is a nice bonus as well.

FWIW, another interesting coincidence is that the new BB was also purchased from POTR. I recognized the tag Chris puts on the case and asked the seller and sure enough, POTR.
