Got A Funny Feeling

Post by admin »

Roy: Can you tell me how successful "Got A Funny Feeling" by Cliff Richard was in the UK. I understand that the song was from the movie soundtrack to "Young Ones" (1962). I quite enjoyed this song and found it remind me of Elvis Presley, more in style than voice, however.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Originally released as the "B" side to the slow ballad When The Girl In Your Arms this single made number 3 in the UK. The track was later released on the Album The Young Ones and also on an EP called Hits Form The Young Ones, to me The Shadows backing makes this track, Marvin and Welch wrote the song, one of my favourite Cliff tack's actually.
