Jeffrey, I think I'll be doing a 4005WB for another owner, beginning in a month or two...stay tuned.
Paul, the front looks like the back, except...backwards...

Jerry, it depends upon the extent of the damage, and the color of the guitar. Any color except Mapleglo, can be repaired and the burst or solid color would hide most of the repair (remember--bursts are darkish at the end of the headstock).
On a Mapleglo guitar, shortening the headstock a bit (1/16"-3/16") is not out of the question, and would pass unnoticed.

The difference between an expert patch/refinish and a GM job is day and night.
One thing for sure--although you can't ever have it new again without literally remanufacturing it, you can get close with the proper type of attention by a pro.

Jerry, I'm sure that either myself or Dale would be honored to do our best for you.

While I like MB, AZ is the best-looking blue Ric finish I have seen, especially with the double binding, it just looks so nice. This is just so awesome, Mr. Jangle is providing finishes that are no longer available. Damn, all of my guitars are in perfect condition already.
Can you do anything about yellowed binding ?
