That's an almost-Redneck! Good luck Dave.

That kiappolonsky chap seems to bid on everything Rick related on ebay, but I don't think he or she wins much.

I forgot about that one. The wife caught me bidding on it & told me I wasn't allowed to spend any more. Image
The guitar player in my band told me last night that there was a blue Rick bass at Gig St.
He said it was a new one & they wanted $1200, so it must be a MID 4003.
It would make an ideal 4-2-5 project, but I've got nothing I could part with on a trade.

They have it priced at $1499 . Midnight blue and not a scratch but it seriously needs a set up. Playing it the way it is set up would give anyone a bad impression of Rics. It has the chunkier neck of the recent 4003s.

Sure is pretty though. Bruce will e-bay it if it doesn't move. I hate to see nice instruments leave this region.

Is the blue smear on the binding common?

kiappolonsky... I see that handle a lot bidding on nice Rics. The guy has good taste. I have a feeling he's lurking here... so, congrats!

"Lurkers"

There's no need for a "REAL" Rick fan to lurk. Join us and be welcomed, and share in the knowledge.

Please dont "Lurk" and just "use" us for our knowledge.

Kinda bothers me sometimes.
