Looks like a rightie Midnight BT 400(1/3) that's being played upside down for the proper "Fab" orientation!Image

My best bass is a Rickenbacker...
My last bass may very well be a Rickenbacker

George was a gifted writer. He did a great job on that song. It ranks up there amongst my favorite Harrison songs.

Last night a buddy and I were trying to think up all the songs done by the 4, either together or solo, that were "about" the Beatles. We could only come up with these (well, it was late and there were adult beverages involved):

Glass Onion
When We Was Fab
All Those Years Ago

Anyone know any other titles? I remember there were supposedly songs by John about Paul and Paul about John, but can't think of the titles. (Do NOT play this game with adult beverages.)

Ringo Starr: Never Without You (released on "Ringo Rama" album... It's a nice tribute to George that features Eric Clapton on the solo)

"I'm The Greatest" from the Ringo album...written by John and sung by, ahhh, Ringo.

It namechecks Liverpool; though it might not be directly about Les Beatles, it is close.

Great video!

Wasn't Ringo's Back off Bugaloo (spl?) about Paul too?

I read an interview with Paul where he said that he was actually in the walrus costume during the MMT segment of the When We Was Fab video. If you look closely at the MMT segment, someone walks in front of George, Ringo and the walrus (Paul). This person is carrying a copy of the Imagine album showing the large profile picture of John looking up at the sky. A virtual Bealtes reunion of sorts!

The walrus was Paul? Seems like I've heard that before.

What about "Piggies"? Isn't that about George bemoaning the other three?

It's been a while since I've listened to Piggies, but I thought it was more of a political theme. Then again, I could be wrong.
