I am not sure what the absolute answer is from a legal standpoint, but you would certainly think that Yoko may try to stop this nonsense.

John's image and name under certain circumstances are intellectual property. Pretty thin ground to stand on though I am afraid.

I suspect that the producers may be able to escape any potential stop orders by invoking current freedom of the press and free speech laws.

I don't believe any of The Beatles recorded at Capitol.
