"One of the most important pieces of rock and roll history"

I think Norm lost his noggin' with this one:

And hell, if you're going to get a shill, get one out of the state - not locally!

An altogether shifty auction. The two bidders being shilled are low-buck type buyers, lots of ten and twenty dollar items, but nothing like $12,500.00. One hasn't been active on eBay for almost 3 years!

Conclusion: all three bidders are in collusion to boost the price of this piece of dubious "historical" value.

And Norm just went way down in my estimation.

To bad too, Paul. He is a pioneer in the vintage guitar business.

Norm misspells Rickenbacker "Rickenbacher" on his site.

Norm's just an old-fashioned guy.

He'll sell anything he can make money on. You ever visited the store there on Ventura, Jerry?

Last time I was in his store he hadn't moved to the Venture Bl. location, he was still on what was it, Vanowen? They set up my 4005 and a new strat at the time, so it's at least ten years.

I pass the Ventura store often, but don't go in for fear of a) getting depressed or b) buying something.
