Depends on music style. IMHO. There's a certain charm about poor quality garage recordings, when drums sound as if they were an empty bucket kicked. IMHO. And great quality of recording will hardly save a poor tune with poor lyrics. IMHO.
In short: COF. IMHO.
Nothing will get you dead quicker than being deadly serious about yourself.
