Fake as can be, but an interesting take on the Rick bridge. First example I've seen like that.
My first bass was a Rickenbacker...
My best bass is a Rickenbacker...
My last bass may very well be a Rickenbacker

'The real clincher' is just about everything on that fake 4001, period.
A Rickenbacker bass is much like the Jaguar E car - perennially ultra-fashionable.
