I panicked on a Ebay transaction after 7 days of un-returned emails, and reported them to Paypal. I should know by the end of the week if I am getting my money back.

Dave, he probably isn't answering your emails because he's on vacation with your $900!! :D Seriously, good luck - I have a feeling you'll get this one and it will be in good shape.

Steve, you have company - except that I'm the seller, not the buyer, in my case. I haven't heard a peep from the buyer since he e-mailed me that he'd send the payment (around $430 for some lab equipment) "ASAP", which apparently was an acronym for "As Slowly As Possible".

I hate it when that stuff happens, I really should have known better too, but after researching his feedback, every item he sold had negatives, every item he bought had positives. It was one of those "ending in 2 minutes" things and I swooped in on it, then regret set in after not hearing from the guy at all. (Still kicking self).

My pleasure, I hope it helps.

Dave, glad you got your bass. I have to laugh, because when I e-mailed my buyer earlier today and told him to contact me immediately, he did!
