Spot the RICs!

Post by drathbun »

I've posted this over at the RIC site as well. Can you tell the guitars being used in this MP3? The song is my version of McCartney's "World Without Love". The acoustic isn't a RIC BTW... it is a Larrivee L05. But what are the other guitar models?

The song sounds great, man. Couldn't begin to guess though. Maybe a 360/12c63 and a 4005? Just a guess. -J

How about a 330/12 Jason, turquoise perhaps? Maybe even stereo wiring.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

A 4003 because you own one. And I would guess a 360/12.

Very nice Doug.

My guess would be a 2005 Rickenbacker 4003FG, and a 1981 Rickenbacker 320 JG. Image
Buy it before someone else does.

LOL! Bob does his research well! Image

Indeed... a 4003FG because I own one and a 1981 Rick 320JG because I own one!

I double tracked the 320 in octaves for the lead to get a quasi 360/12 sound.
