at this '74 JG. My first RIC was a '74 JG and I wish I had never sold it... The only thing that I'm not sure about are the tuners. I don't remember mine being so chunky. Are these stock?

Tuners are definitely not stock.
The posts on these look about as large as the holes
are on the originals(.5"). You'll need to dowel and re-drill.
You'll likely need to go with
Klusons if you want the back to look good; the base-plates
of Grovers might not cover the holes on the back.
Nice bass if the price is right.
