UK Confluence coincidence...........

Post by 8mileshigh »

Needless to say, I had a great time at the UK confluence (thanks Mike for a great day) - but I had a surreal moment. A while back I was outbid on a Rose Morris 1993, serial number DG943. Subsequently I was on a trip to Tokyo and bought a Rose Morris 1993, serial number DG944. I thought - "what a coincidence!". Imagine my surprise when at the UK confluence in walked a Rose Morris 1993, serial number DG 945!!

Hands up who's got DG 946 Image

That's a great story Graham. Did you get a pic of 944 and 945 together?

Also, I couldn't help but notice a fine old F-body Rickenbacker with a BLUE boy finish in one of the pics posted. Could it be? Image

Sadly no photo together John Image He didn't really want to show it to anyone. I had to go outside to look at it.

And the blue boy..........could it be..............sadly no,again. But it's a nice old thing, re finished in blue boy.

That is a beauty Graham, what a looker. Geez that would have been cool to get a pic of the two 1993s together, oh well.....

Great story and guitar Graham.

And I thought those 1993's were meant to be rare!
