Wolfmother

They were on Late Night with Conan O'Brien last night. The bass player had what looked to be a late 70's 4001 MG.

I'll have to givea listen to them the next time they come up on XM. I've seen them on there before, but I'm always changing between several channels there.

So far, Ethel is the only station that I've seen / heard Wolfmother on.

I'm still hoping they will bring back the Music Lab station.

I'll set a favorite for them and hopefully get a notice when they are on. I too await the return of ML. You can hear it online, but that doesn't help when out and about! Email musiclab @ xmradio . com and nicely state your case. I got a reply from a programming VP and we exchanged a couple missives - not form letters. At least he listened to my reasoning and hopefully took them to heart.

I just saw them at Tower Records last Tuesday. They are awesome live. Just like the album, but heavier. They are what the music industry needs, a pure rock band.
No, I don't play the sax.

Sound good to me. Aren't they playing the Weenie Roast?

Wait, Music Lab isn't on satellite anymore? Why not? That was THE BEST station!

Yeah, they are playing the Weenie Roast. They will also be playing the Henry Fonda Theatre on June 14.

I heard their single "Woman" a few times on the radio at work and it's pretty rockin. I'm thinking of picking up their album. It's nice to see a band that makes "old school" rock cause the music industry is in a sad state right now.
"Rickenbacker!"( I shout it out whenever I spot one)
"Rickenbacker makes the best basses in the world!"
