Brian, yeah the Yanks last night... Jeez... Good thing for the Guinness! The usually do have our number though. And I agree with the fact that compared to some of my other hangouts, this place is positively under sedation! Other than the 4005 ugliness a few days back, not bad at all. That's why it's a regular part of my life now.

Paul,
I work immediately across the street from EMP so let me know of you if you want the photos of the 4000. I can call in and arrange it. E-mail me off line. [email protected]

Cheers!

When are you going to get your 650D, Sheena? The date must be coming up soon now! Image

What kind of amp are you getting?

Soon - late June... or maybe a couple of months later, but i'd prefer not to go into details right now - i'm a bit superstitious...
As far as the amp is concerned... i must admit i'm not an expert, but it says it's a Marshall - i'll try to find a camera somewhere & post pics when i get it.Image

Alisha - I got those in March this year.

Paul - no problem re: photos of the '59 4000. I've just bought a '61 4000 as well although it's not arrived yet. I really ought to get round to learning how to play bass Image ........only kidding!

It's probably just me, but I don't really like the Lemmy bass. Or maybe it's because I didn't order one and I won't pay the prices that Ed Roman asks. So not liking them consoles me.
