That is about as fake as they get. The plug will probably be pulled on that auction by this time tomorrow.

David, at least they don't call it a RICK. I emailed the first one and they replied by asking how much they thought it was worth. I replied that I wouldn't pay anything for it. It has now been pulled.

some of these are good basses in their own right. They are, however, nothing like the quality of sound that you would expect from Rick. I briefly owned a 4001 copy and it would probably have blown away any Fender that you could've thrown at it.
