Post by joev4001 »

My band, "the Digs," just finished recording our first cd "Street Child" and we put some mp3's up on myspace.

Bad Mex was recorded with my ric and the song INNA was on my warwick, but overall i didn't like how it was mixed because as soon as everyone jumps in I am lost in sound!

would appreciate feedback, good or bad. anything to help me improve my playing

Hi Joe, really enjoyed the music. Nice crisp and tight sound. Refreshing to hear the pure instruments without a lot of effects or drama.

As always, I would mix the bass at the front more, but was able to hear some nice work from the bass man.

Well done!
I'm just happy to be here.

we had this guy that a friend of a friend knows who would record for cheap. He was really nice and it was $200 for like a whole day. it was a pretty legit setup and it sounded good straight but he totally dropped me when he mixed it. And I am a noob at recording. I'm 17 and this is my first cd i have put out that hasn't been for like jazz band at school.
