What Bob said.

Cale, we played at a place called Night Cap, but we usually play at The Note. We'd like to get into the Double Door next time.

I dunno 'bout that. I had an SVT for a while and I sold it when I got my Ashdown.
If you think all is going well, you've obviously overlooked something.

It's all a matter of personal taste. I've got an ABM500RC and three vintage SVT's - I like the Ashdown, but it stays home.

Ted: i'm in Humboldt Park, so not too far at all! Pretty much near the corner of Rockwell and North Ave's.

Rob: a good friend books at the Metro, as well as the DD (on occasion).. shoot me an email (endlessbassic_at_yahoo_com) and i'll give you his contact info.. The Note is an odd place.. seems like not too many people go there anymore, no matter who's playing!

Agreed re: SVT's.. if i could carry one on a regular basis, i'd still have one.. Nothin' like it on this planet or any other!
