O.K. to Store Ric's Flat ???
Back in the day this was a no-no. Now we have truss rod(s). I was thinking of storing my 350V63 flat - under bed to keep it out of harm's way (I have two daughters - ages 6 and
. Any problem in doing this?

In the case, of course...I keep half of mine this way and the other half vertically (carrying handle on top).

I keep mine the same as Clive does - vertically, you can easily keep them this way under the bed...
first buy a set of bunk beds, then with the aid of a vicious axe hack out the bottom bunk and there you go! loads of room to store them on their ends!!!

You know you've got a lot of guitars when you have to label the cases!
Actually, it's a very practical idea. I've never had to think about that, since all of my cases look different enough to distinguish them easily. That and the fact that I've only got 7 in total!
Looks like you'll need a shelf soon, or have to think about expansion, Aitch!
Maybe a climate controlled secure compartment with a sturdy lock & fireproof walls would be in order. You do have a fair bit of money invested in that small space.

When that pic was taken the other half of the cupboard was full of Fenders and Gibsons, Kevin.
They are not all here at the same time - I have secure storage close to home where most of them reside. If I want to pick one up it's only a 10 minute return drive.
All of my guitars, amps and keyboards will be stored there when I head over your way in August.

Good idea Aitch,
I hope it's heated storage though. You have to keep them cozy after all is said and done.
