Hey...One of these 4001CS has been signed by Chris Squire himself on both the COA AND the pickguard.

That means that its worth:

($7100.00 + $3600.00*) = $10,800.00!

* Implied value of one Chris Squire autograph, given the recent $7100.00 transaction of a 4001CS with autographed COA, and assuming an average value of $3500.00 for a non-autographed 4001CS.

That one (actually a '78) is really nice, Andy.

I do not like faded white Rics.

For that '78, I will make a HUGE exception.

Scott, me too. I normally hate yellowed white Rics, love it on old Fenders, but this is a beauty. Shame I live in the UK.

I've got a pure white/BT 4003 that I lucked into finding 3 months ago. I've watched ebay for the last 2 to 3 years and you hardly ever see pure white ricks compared to the amount of C.S.'s- so the prices can't be driven by rarity. I wouldn't trade my snow white rick for any C.S., ok maybe for two C.S.'s.

The pure white/white Rickenbacker basses are probably amongst the most stunning basses you will see.

Pity there are so few of them about, but with the factory not making them any more, they should become fairly collectible.
