Jetglo news

Post by bassduke49 »

Looks like Philip Hannaart is going to take the Jetglo bass, but he doesn't want the black plastic. I'm going to remount the white pickguard, chrome treble pickup surround, and even the white TRC.

So, now I have a set of black Pickguardian plastic with hand applied white edging, and a black TRC with chrome lettering and white edging for sale. I want $70 for all, but I MUST also get a white standard TRC (raised lettering) in exchange for the black one. If this white-edged black thing is your thing, get in touch.

Dave, it WAS. It came off my Fireglo Laredo and then I painted the edge white to mirror the white binding on the Jetglo bass. The screw holes match exactly between the two. I put the white one on my Laredo, but now its going to Philip. I want to exchange this with a standard white one in the sale of the black outfit.

I would not touch a hair on the head of that beauty. I want to buy her just so she stays as is.

Let me check my piggy bank, gotta find a hammer.

Scott, yes, that was the point, but the only Forumite to step forward to say he wanted to buy it was Philip. I put the notice up on the 23rd, and Philip was the only nibble.

Sorry, J.Gary, but I've committed it to Philip now.

Anyone want to deal on the white-edged plastic?

That is a wonderful bass. I did the last setup on her and can tell you she has a strong voice and excellent action.

Paul, I might be interested in swapping a white TRC for your black with silver.
