Installing a new nut on 360/12

Post by trancedental »

I've just received a 330/12 nut to put on my 360/12 from Mike Parks.

Now I've taken the old one off carefully, I'm just wondering what glue I should use to keep the new nut in place?

Is white woodglue any good? PVA glue?

Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers JK

Just the tiniest dot of either white or yellow woodworkers glue will do. Yellow is slightly preferable. For the most part, the nut is held in place by the strings.
