Yep, IIRC that peghead belonged to a 1965 360/12, a rather nice one too. Rest In Pieces.

Awwwwww geeeeez, ouch, that picture of that poor decapitated Ric makes me sad.... Image I am glad that the rest of the guitar has evidently been repaired!
