Great shape! A bit on the high side of the price spectrum, though.
Oops! Just saw the close ups. The headstock is pretty dinged up.

How is that high, considering what 75 4001's have been going for, that's fair if it stays there. I think they are overpriced, but the market has been trending higher.

It's just the starting bid at $1100. I'm assuming that the price will be considerably higher in the end.
If stays below $1500 it's not bad, considering the condition.

This is a RELIST. It DID sell for $1451.00 but the buyer stiffed him. He was given NEGATIVE feedback for the transaction.....

The rotten bugger!
I don't think they're really overpriced considering what "vintage" Fenders & Gibsons go for in sometimes pretty shabby condition. We're just used to getting a bargain: high quality for a relatively low price.
But then, I think the whole vintage thing is a bit of an artificial mind set.

Thanks Tony for the clarification!

MMMM WHite basses are very nice IMO!!!

Wow, starting at $1100? I wonder what my white 75 would go for- 1 inch pickup spacing, black plexi TRC, slightly better condition than this one
