A guy I know brought over an "old amp" he wanted to sell. It turned out to be a '66 Fender Super Reverb! Long story short, it's now mine!
The only thing missing is the reverb tank and pedal. I checked ebay, but thought I'd check here too.

I recently built a 2-12 extension speaker cabinet for my "Fender Twin" and both of my sons have orders in with me to build them each one as well.
As a consequence I have bought all of my Fender amplifier and speaker cabinet parts from Ampwares. They are great to deal with and delivery is super fast, even to Canada. I am not sure how they do it but they are indeed a great company.

I would avoid Ampwares. He's notoriously slow and hard to get a hold of so it can sometimes be real frustrating waiting for parts and wondering if they've been shipped.
Repro pedals are all over the place and real ones from that era are usually going for over $100 on Ebay. I would avoid the new Fender made repro pedals since they use a cheaper switch than the originals. I know that if you buy a repro pedal from www.tonecraftamprepair.com it will have the old-fashioned Carling switches in it. Jon at Tonecraft is a great guy and I buy almost all of my amp parts from him. He'll have tanks, too, but I don't know how his prices are on those. He's the kind of guy who tests everything he sells before it goes out the door and warranties it so you pay for his service. He'll also answer every single question you can come up with. I think the guys like Hoffman also sell the good repro pedal.
Antique Electronic Supply www.tubesandmore.com is the cheapest place I've seen for replacement Accutronics reverb tanks but you may work out even by saving on shipping if you order everything from the same place.

Ooohhh! Love the Super! My buddy Mike had a '72 (I think). The sweetest sounding amp I've heard with useable stage volume.
He also had a '64 or '66 Tremolux that sounded even better but was not nearly loud enough for stage use.

I actually had great luck with Ampwares the one time that I ordered from them, but I had been warned to call the order in and only order if I talked to the guy. I did, and everything went smoothly.
Unfortunately there are an awful lot of people that have had different experiences as far as speed of delivery and getting a hold of the guy. From what I've heard he's a real nice guy who is a one man operation, but he has poor follow-up so when he gets swamped with orders he gets behind and doesn't really keep the buyers updated on the progress.
It's too bad really. He has a great website and a lot of good parts.

Trying to find original stuff will make it a bit harder and raise the prices a lot. You can definitely find the parts you'll need on Ebay over the course of two or three weeks.
I doubt that you'll ever recover the cost of an original blackface footswitch when selling the amp so it may be best to just sell it without the switch. If the buyer isn't a collector they won't care and you still may not recover the $50 of a repro.
I'm not sure if reverb tanks are date coded or not. 1960s reverb tanks show up on the 'bay pretty regularly but it may be harder to find the correct year. Do you have the Tolex bag that the tank came in and the cables? Tonecraft in the link above will make you some repro braided cables that will match originals at a very reasonable rate. I don't think Jon charges much more than double what a pair of the cheap rubber coated cables cost.
