Hey Frank, welcome to the Ric Forum.... I see you've found the best place for Rickaholics to hang out online! Image Don't feel too bad about buying "my" guitar (I'm sure you feel just awful about that anyway, hehe).... We're so broke right now after my husband's bout in the hospital with pneumonia (no health insurance--yikes), that I am just thankful we can still afford to do the California trip this year! Hopefully I'll get to play somebody's 600-series guitar there, and get the urge to buy one out of my system until we get all our bills paid and can afford one! Image

Yeah Frank, Paul is THE man when it comes to finish advice. You'll love it twice as much when you are done.

Hi Melissa,

Thanks for the welcome. I'm sorry about your husband. I know the horrors being sick and not have insurance. Not that there's much I can do but I'm a Registered Nurse and if there is anything I can help you with (if the Dr's don't explain something to your satisfaction, etc.) Please don't hesitate to shoot me a e-mail. I'll help in any way I can. Now as far as the RIC if your ever in the N.Y.C. area let me know and you can play till your hearts content. Again thanks for the welcome.

Hi Dan,

Yep, the "Music Zoo" is where I brought my 620/6. It's not a big store but the staff there are great.

Dan,

I'm sure you will give on of those two to Melissa. Again The Music Zoo is tops in my book. From now on it is where I will make all my purchases. Wish I found them a few years ago.
